I cut my hand open and had to receive stitches for the first time. Honestly, I was in a bit of a panic. The front desk staff were immediately welcoming and comforting and got me right in. The nurse practitioner and provider were efficient, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and helped calm me down. I sincerely felt taken care of and cared about! I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend for any quick care needs.

I had a great first experience in this facility. It was very clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable and comforting. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care. Will use them again

The staff was most polite and attentive after i explained im not from Maine and understanding with the medical insurance not being excepted here. They explained to me what to do about the bill once i recieve it was amazing Staff was amazing very kind and caring and thoughtful. I really appreciated them taking care of me in a timely matter. The waiting room and the room they put me in were very clean and organized. If needed I would definitely go back to them and highly recommend them

The people I met at this facility are good. They treated me good with respectable manner. I felt really comfortable.

We went here for a covid test in order to travel and were in and out in less time than it took to book an appointment at the other walk-in clinic nearby (who needed an appointment despite being a walk-in clinic). Everything was quick and painless and the medical staff were very kind and knowledgeable, if you're trying to choose between going here or to the nearby SMHC, definitely go here.
