I was very anxious about having my teeth out. Dr. Bitten was great! He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect for pressure and noise. He made sure I was comfortable and felt nothing. A very likable person with great bed side manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing to have a tooth or teeth pulled.
he’s definitely not as awful as the other reviews say, but he isn’t exactly nice either. He doesn’t have much of a personality. He gets the job done, and doesn’t really care if it hurts or not. The nurse, however, was a sweetheart. She held my hand and told me it would be okay. 10/10 for the nurse, 2/10 for Dr Britten.

Not sure why this doc is getting these bad reviews...?? I have been to him twice for tooth extractions - once 2 years ago, and today - and both times it was fine. The assistant was very nice, he came in - told me exactly what he was going to do, etc. I barely felt the Novacaine at all. After 5 mins, he came back in - pulled the tooth and it was done. He told me what to expect, gave me care instructions and extra gauze, and I was on my way. Sure, there was a little pressure and some cracking sounds - but little to no pain at all. I took Advil, followed the care instrucitons, and 7 hours later, I am doing just fine. People need to understand they are not going to a spa. They are going to have a tooth ripped out of their head. All he can do is make it as fast and painess as possible. I would definitely go back there if any more extractions are necessary.
The reason I give him a two star is cause he stitched my cheek into my jaw bone now it makes it very hard for fitting denture. When I went to see him about it he said I need to get a letter from Aspen saying it's making it hard for fitting. Also when he was taken out my teeth I told him I could feel it an he dismissed me saying so. He said its pressure.. but I in fact I felt every snap an pull. While giving me a bit of local Anastasia. My bottom gum started to fill up like a pocket. Now when I eat an any food hit my gum or pushes my teeth against that spot it hurts so bad I freeze.
