My company set an appointment for them to come measure an apartment and give us a bid for the flooring; we never received an email about the bid. I returned to the store to ask about the bid and they had lost the measurements. We scheduled another time and as I waited 30 minutes later than appointment time I called to ask if they were showing and the company had no idea where their guy was. An hour passed and I got a call that he's would be swinging by later. Well after all this we still never got an estimate. Big waste of time!

Had new carpet and LVT installed over a few months in the whole house, and what a great experience. Love it all and great kudos to Guy and Kyle.nHighly recommended.

Visited to obtain a quote for laminate tile flooring. It's a nice, friendly place. The lady who assisted me was Sonja. She was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Would have loved to done business with her however Ben's pricing was much higher than the 4 other businesses I visited. Ended up doing business elsewhere but Sonja was excellent. Thank you Sonja for your professionalism and the time you spent. You did your part. The owners just need to be more realistic with pricing given the competition their facing nowadays. Of note, yes I did compare the exact same product when comparison shopping. It was apples for apples!

Floors look beautiful. Had the hardwood floors refinished in June, 2018, before moving into the home. Price was competitive, staff was professional, floors came out terrific. The house is almost 30 years old and the floors look like new.
