I initially went to the West Motor Dealership in Hyde Park, a month or so ago. They stated that my check engine light was on due to "a bad batch of gas". They assured me it wasn't a big problem and to just watch it for a week. I took it to them again and they stated that it was probably just a sensor. The code was misfire cyl 2. I decided to take it to Preston, Idaho. They are the ones that deal with warranty's, It turns out that it was actually my cylinder heads and gaskets. He said on the phone, "you shouldn't be driving this vehicle while we are waiting for the part it is dangerous". Preston,Idaho took time to really figure out what was wrong with it. Hyde Park West Motor told me it was just a gas problem. My engine could have blown up on me while driving it. I was very displeased with the way Hyde Park took my concern. My car only has 50-70,000 miles on it. It should not be having this big of a problem to begin with. I purchased my Jeep from West Motor in Hyde Park. They have done all of the oil changes and services on it, they should have had more concern over my check engine light. Preston Idaho have treated me fantastic, Hyde Park, Utah shrugged me off.

My family has done business with West Motor for a long time. I bought my Jeep through them two years ago and this was a pretty special purchase for me. They were wonderful! I found out the Jeep was on the Preston lot at 4:30 pm on a Friday. I told them I’d hustle as fast as I could with a deposit so they coul remove it from inventory and thus not sell it over the weekend. They actually came to me to pick up the deposit and brought with them the sales contract. Monday morning I went and got a cashiers check for the rest. Shortly after I got home there was a knock at the door and it was them delivering my Jeep. Fast forward to two years and it’s time for an oil oil change. They came and got it. A car had scuffed the side of me and swapped paint. My car came back from its oil change with that paint gone, had been washed and vacuumed. It looked almost like the day it was new! These folks are accommodating and do quality work. Any money spent there Is well worth it!! They are very good at what they do and I highly recommend them.
