Great dealership. Awesome folks. This was my second car buying experience with Murdock Volkswagon. It is always a great experience. Everyone from owner, sales, finance, service and reception always make you feel welcome. Customer service is outstanding. Thank you all for your efforts for making folks feel that they are impotent to you and you have their best interest in mind. Great job.

Unbelievable experience with Murdock Volkswagen in Logan, Utah. Where do I begin? Service: I can only say good things about Frank, and the entire service department. Everyone here operates with outstanding integrity, and true honesty. I drive from Pleasant View, Utah to this location (45+ miles one way) despite the fact that there are 3 Volkswagen dealerships closer to me. Everyone at Murdock has gone above an beyond for me every time I have brought my vehicle in for service. I wasn’t ever once given the run around with someone trying to up sell me on my services. I would recommend this service department to anyone and everyone, and continue to be a loyal customer. Sales: Again, I don’t have words for how amazing Brandon and his sells team were to work with. It’s not often that you talk to a salesman who genuinely has your best interest at heart, but it was evident that Brandon and his team did. They too went above and beyond what I could have even imagined as a best case scenario. Murdock Volkswagen of Logan, Utah has forever changed my opinion of dealerships. They are a model to which all dealers should strive to become. Just a great group of people! Don’t hesitate to visit this location for any reason.

Adam Cook was great. I asked him to help me look at several vehicles some of which were in detail. He brought out each vehicle, and kept all the details of each one organized so i could make an educated decision. There was no pressure to buy something i was not going to be happy with. Adam is patient, honest, and fun to work with.

Vance was very professional and kind. Patient with all the questions I threw at him and his manager. Most of all, willing to make the experience as great as possibly and not pushy at all like other salesmen you tend to come across. My boyfriend bought his car from Murdock and the experience alone made me want to come back to buy from them again!
