The staff are friendly and on point and as a customer I feel like my business matters to them fuel deliveries are quick even when they don’t need to be.

They dont provide an emergency number to contact for furnace repair after hours. We eventually got ahold of barrett. All in all he's a great man, but was rude as all hell. I was going to watch him repair my mothers water boiler, so I would know how in the future. He told me I would only annoy him being in the cellar. I thought he was very unprofessional, yet he did fix it.

Ran out of heating oil in the middle of the night. Called them first thing in the morning to fill my tank, fully expecting to have to wait a couple days since I waited till the last minute. They showed up within the hour! They are prompt and courteous and super helpful! Thanks bunches, guys! - From the newbie Floridian Main-ah ud83dude01
