Heritage posted a vehicle online about a week ago. I got in contact with an associate Steven and told him I was interested in the vehicle and would like to look at it as soon as it arrived at the dealership. The day the vehicle arrived the associate contacted me and told me it was there. I told him i would come in as soon as I could which was only a few hours time. I messaged the associate again before my commute to the dealership to let him know I was on my way. When I showed up at the dealership I was told by a different associate that the truck was under contract....... So after having told the salesman days prior that i was interested, and showing up to the dealership shortly after the vehicle arrived I was not even given a chance to look at the truck before it was sold out from under me. In my book this is horrible business and I would not recommend anyone deal with Heritage as they obviously value the quick dollar over customer service...

I needed a third party assessment to a buy a used vehicle from another dealership and their service department came through in a big way. Came to $60, and Scott and Rob were very communicative and through. Very impressed by their service. I recommend.

Extremely disappointed in this shop. Our Chrysler Town and Country Overheated while we were on vacation. We had the car towed to this company to have the problem addressed. My husband specifically asked that the water pump and serpentine hose be looked at as he believed those two parts to be the issue. We received a call a few days later saying it was the y hose that was the problem. We retrieved the car and drove it home expecting the issue to be resolved. 3 days later the car was again overheating with the exact same issue. We took into into a another shop to find out that it was in fact the water pump and serpentine belt that were causing the issue. We called Heritage Chrysler to try and understand how they missed such a blatant fix on the two things we had specifically requested they look out without much help from them. While they did replace the y hose, which needed it, their diagnostic work was horrible to have missed such an obvious problem on something we specifically asked them to review! Consider going somewhere else if you want to have the problem actually taken care of.

Quite disappointed in our recent treatment. We were far from home and had a car overheating. We took it to Heritage because we thought we could trust a dealership. Sadly, the inspection on the car was sub-par. The car broke down 3 days later with the same symptoms. The person at the service desk said he found the technician's notes "confusing" despite claiming that this particular technician was senior in the staff. The part they replaced was not related to the issue at hand and we broke down days later and got it towed to a shop near home. They found the issue within an hour of opening their doors. After calling Heritage to talk about the needed repairs, the service department claimed that they noted that there were some other issues but decided not to disclose those issues to us until I had this issue. I asked why I didn't get the report about the inspection and they didn't have an answer for me. Instead of sending me a readable version of the inspection, the representative took a picture with his phone and sent it over text. After reading the report, there were "red" marks (which he translated to me as "needs immediate attention") which he did not bring up at the time of our original call or when I picked up the vehicle. Since the part they replaced was unrelated to the issue at hand, we asked them to justify the replacement part they installed. The only answer we received was that it needed to be replaced but now we have no way of confirming that claim and we still have to pay the new shop to fix the issue that we took the car in to Heritage for. The staff member I interacted with was courteous and seemed genuinely to feel badly about this situation but was "not allowed" to work with us to find a solution to fixing the problem we took the car to them for. It would have been cheaper and easier to ship the car home and have it worked on locally instead of taking it to this dealership.

As a returning Heritage Auto customer, my second time did not disappoint! Jeff and Parker went out of there way to accommodate our budget and needs. They provided excellent service in providing the additional items we requested. And made sure everything was done perfectly! The truck looks great and we couldn’t be happier! Big thanks to Jeff, Parker and the rest of the Heritage Auto team for the best car buying experience ever! Will definitely return in the future and would recommend anyone looking for car or truck to give Heritage Auto a try.
