Working with David at Quality Property Management, LLC, was absolutely wonderful. I had just finished up my doctorate in physical therapy in Colorado and was thinking about moving to Maine. I found a place on Craig's list and wrote to David about it. David called me the next day to tell me that the place was no longer available but then took the time to ask me about my situation, what I was looking for, and the price range I wanted to be in. Two days later he called me and said that he had a place that was perfect that was going on the market in a few days but that he would send me a virtual tour and hold it for me for a couple of days. The video was perfect and showed me everything I wanted to see. He also spent a lot of time with me on the phone telling me about the area and answered any and all questions I had. I said I would take it, but that I was still looking for work due to my just finishing school. David took a chance on me and rented to me anyway. He was with me through this whole process with a move across the country. He made it easy and enjoyable. I now have a beautiful place to live to go along with my new job thanks to David at Quality Property Management, LLC. I cannot recommend David highly enough especially if you are looking to be more adventurous like myself. Thank you, David.

Quality Property Management are a great company to work with. They are extremely nice and very professional. But especially David. David is phenomenal, very responsive to messages or any questions/concerns we have. We are currently renting out first apartment through Quality Property Management and we are very happy here. It's a very nice place on top of everything. Thank you so much to David and the wonderful people of Quality Property Management for giving us our happily ever after and making our dreams come true!
