I have gone into the showroom in Oakland 2 to 3 times. The salesperson did not even get up from her chair...I did tell her I was just looking around but when I asked questions she could barely be bothered to answer let alone assist me. They were rude and unhelpful. Also most of the displays have no prices on them which is not helpful.
Worst people to deal with. Sales people are rude and incompetent. If you call to check on your already month late order they tell you they don't have time to talk to you. Find somewhere else for your next project.
