This has been my go-to place for walking over the past year. The woodland trails are quiet and restful. They could be marked more clearly, but after a year of frequent visits, I know them by heart, and return over and over.

A real treat for a west coast, with abundant plant and bird life
This is a beautiful place with great forests and moss logs then the added historical value makes it even more worth it. My only negative would be that the day I went was after a rain and some of the trail had lots of tall grass. In sure it's just earily in the season. Other than that nice place. It does have a coverd 2 table picnic area
