I went into Brown Goldsmiths hoping to find someone that could design a special ring using diamonds from my grandmother's engagement and wedding rings. I felt right at home immediately. Sharon, Scott and Julia helped me narrow my style preferences and worked with me to create a ring that I absolutely love! Their professionalism, creativity and customer support is outstanding.....I couldn't be happier!

Amazing customer service!! I had them fix a ring and they had a quick turn around and skilled goldsmiths. Their goldsmiths are in house so if you bring something in they can have it looked at in minutes rather than being sent out just to hear a yes or no back from a gold smith, which makes them fast. Friendly and professional service! Would recommend this place to others

Went here to repair an important necklace and they returned it to me promptly when they said to expect it. The repair is impeccable and the price was lower than the original quote!

The team at Brown's worked together to turn my ideas into reality with a custom tourmaline engagement ring. From the first steps into the showroom being handed hot cider, we knew that this was a different type of jewelers. The team truly wants to help you feel comfortable and find your perfect piece of jewelry. Sue, Claire, Julia and the whole team communicated openly throughout the COVID19 crisis, and designed a unique heirloom quality ring. We will keep going back to Brown's!

Every staff person that I dealt with at Brown Goldsmiths was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The collections are unique and very beautiful. A great place to shop in Freeport
