Grand opening and it was fantastic! Didn't make it in time for the free tea for a year but got a free tea with the new app! Management suggested getting a croissant for my sandwich bread and it was definitely the right choice! I got the Ham and Cheese Melt minus mayo and it was scrumptious! Fast and friendly service! Welcome to the West Side!!

Food was 5 star but order was initially brought out wrong. They quickly corrected my order and all was well. I think it happened because the place was full on a weekday lunch hour and it was extremely difficult to hear. I will be a regular and the 4 star will quickly change to a 5 star.

We have only used the window pickup and have not been disappointed. We are big McAlister fans and love the new location.

Got a salad from here. Was pick up and place looked really clean and salad was good.
