Well my mother was getting her bathroom remodeled. The guy never gave her a bid on how much it would cost. She called him told him she only had a thousand dollars for Labor and a Thousand for materials. She didnt know if she could afford to still get it done. Since my dad just passed away and he had all the income.the guy came out looked at the job. Said oh it wont be that much.so he sends his workers over to start demo. She called him every other day to ask how much is this gonna be he said dont worry each time. Then when job was finished he hits her with close to a four thousand dollar bill on top of the two thousand she already spent.plus she gave him her shower surround and glass doors.then threatens to take her to court or put a leen on her home if she didnt pay it all up front. So I had to go to my bank and borrow to help my mom and now I'm in debt. Thanks to him
Wont tell you how much the project is then goes way over your your price limit without telling you.
Called for a bid on a remodel. Promptly came to house. Said they would get me a bid in a couple of days. Day 5 I called and left a message and they never did get back to me. Terrible follow through.
This company is a joke. They do not follow up with their customers and it is not a 24/7 service. If so they would return calls and keep in contact with their customers. I have never had service like this with a company before. I was having a bid done and was told it would be completed and emailed to me and it has still not been emailed and I have called numerous times and they don't answer or call back. I would NOT recommend using this company. TERRIBLE SERVICE
