Everyone was so very friendly, welcoming and very informative.
I love the staff. They are so professional and patient.
The doctor did a fine job. The hygienist was very nice, but I was in pain for hours after a simple cleaning. I bled from being stuck with the scraping tool. The biggest issue I had was that the front desk staff wasn’t wearing masks. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I couldn’t believe anyone working in a medical setting would be maskless. I almost walked out and wish I had!
smile design Institute has long been our favorite dentist in the city, and Jackie and Dr. Padilla are wonderful! Thank you for caring for our family
