Kids First Pediatrics Specs

Doctors are great and really took great care of our little one. However we will no longer use them as the billing department is super sketchy. They kept sending bills telling us the insurance denied claims. This has happened three times, each time insurance stated claims had absolutely been paid and we should owe nothing. Call them back, give them the info and magically it's all paid up. SKETCHY BUSINESS!

I LOVE my girls' pediatrician! She is the sweetest lady! I would and do recommend Erin Walther to everyone!! She is so compassionant and is very thorough. Makes me feel very well taken care of. My 2 yr old really likes her and I plan to bring all my children to her! Thank you Erin for loving your job so much!

Called trying to get my baby in because he acts like he’s in a lot of pain in his tummy and his normal dr just blows what I say off. The office lady was very rude and apparently there’s a bunch of hoops you have to go through to make an appointment. Like I understand there’s guidelines but my kid doesn’t feel good are these not things we could come back to? And get him better first? And the tone she took with me was not acceptable.

While I love the doctors and think Beth takes her time to look at your child and explains everything wonderfully I hate going there because of the office staff. The girls that sign us in and check us out are always on their phones and I always expect they would ask if I need to reschedule an appointment or if I want to go ahead and schedule my daughters next appointment for shots but instead I have to always ask and them make it like I’m asking for the end of the world. I have never really had any of the office staff be any sort of friendly with me.

The best pediatricians in town. You get in at appointment times and start stuck waiting in the room for 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. Dr. Norton and his staff go above and beyond to ensure our kids get fantastic medical treatment.
