Current owner of the facility spent 35 minutes on the phone with me was very polite and informative and helpful..nnPrevious managers and employees had contacted me in regards to my unit being passed you wanted my personal credit card number over the phone when they no longer on the facility this was on March 5, 2021.... How to get into the personal account through 815 STORAGE and tell me what I owe and how much late fees were and told me my son was gonna be auctioned off immediately if I did not make a payment. Which are after speaking with the new owner that was totally incorrect.nnEverything that they had indicated to me was false.

From the beginning of the year this place has gone downhill!nThe unprofessional attitude from the new management is a complete joke. The current voicemail states management will be here Monday thru Friday 11:00am till 4:00 pmnI have made several trips to this location only to find the doors locked with no sign of life anywhere.nWhen placing phone calls you only receive the voicemail.nWhen I would get a call back from management at their convenience it was as if I was in the wrong for calling and leaving the voicemail.nHer response wasn1) I was in an auto accidentn2) We are cleaning the place up and didn’t hear the phone ringn3) I find you to be intimidating on your voicemailn4) you didn’t see anyone because I park my car insidenThe list goes on and on.nIf anyone is remotely thinking of renting a storage unit here please do yourself a favor and run!nRun the same way you came and spend your $$$ somewhere else in town.nGiovanna is a complete and unprofessional drunkard.

The new owner has really done a superior job renovating the facility thus far. There is a wonderful warm welcoming presence when you enter the office. They follow the Covid restrictions to a tee permitting only 1 guest at a time in the office and providing multiple sanitizer stations for safety and require everyone to wear a facial mask. The new security system makes me feel very safe storing my personal possessions and belongings. The rates are the BEST in town hands down! I enjoy have an all interior storage facility because I do not have to deal with rain or snow. And I thinks it's pretty amazing that they can store car's, boats, ATV's, snowmobiles etc. They also offer a retail line of tape, bubble wrap, boxes, mattress coverings of all sizes and even cold drinks like bottled water, Gatorade's, soda's and chips and candy bars. You do get thirsty when you're moving! Great job Rockford Storage I am proud to be a tenant! Use my name as a referral and get an instant discount on a new unit!

My Mom Rents a Storage From this Place September Last Year And The OLD Employees were very Unprofessional Since Jan2021 A New Owner Came in... (Julian Todd) Setting up Phone & Security Systems , Waving Fees To Renters Which is Greatud83dudc4d Due to the Past employees messing up accounts. The Storage is Now Open Monday-Sun With A new Worker.
