Crusader Health is what Rockford needs to keep health care available to lower income community. Is is efficient, steady, and calm place to go if in-house health care is needed. Telehealth is available with both Doctors and Nursing assistants and nutritionists. Be happy we have them here!

Very Slow, Got Called Into A Room After Waiting An Hour, And No Less Then 5mins Was Sent Back Out To Lobby With Them Stating They Didn't Have Any Rooms Available, So Waited Another 20mins Before We Were Told We Could've Did A Walk In. So We Waited A Whole Hour & 45mins For A 5min Procedure.

The facility is very nice and clean and, I don't ever have any problems there.
