The woman who is working there should take another kind of job because that first time she tryed to me so bad I though it's ok everybody has a bad day but these is the third time and she always is doing the same agresive time she told me .What do you need???nIf some body can do something about this complaint.nI really appreciate it.
The inspectors here for section 8 is a joke. How do you pass a house with broken windows & a exposed fuse box??? This women was scared to go in the basement & refused to down there & did not even inspect the garage because if she did then she would of saw the exposed fuse box. inspectors are quick to take a bribe.
Our company, FHS Design Build LLC, recently developed a retail site in Rockford. My experience with the building department, as superintendent on this project, was extremely positive. The office staff was always courteous and helpful, assisting our team in getting through the administrative difficulties. The inspectors were fair, helpful and prompt. Lastly, congratulations to Brenda, at the front desk, who is retiring today. Ours may be the last Certificate of Occupancy she issues!
