Great price but out of valentines offer. Didn't stop me from getting a cute pair of earrings. Lot was clean as so was inside. Didn't notice public restrooms but that's not why I was there. Lol. Did notice handicap parking and accessible for inside. I recommend this place as staff was so friendly. The atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was in love.

The sales associate was very helpful in helping me find materials available in their stock to fix my bracelet. I did my own repair and it looks perfect. Removing one star because the elderly gentlemen behind one of the displays wouldn't stop staring at me the entire time I was waiting. Not sure if he thought I was suspicious or if he just was peering at me innocently. Still made me uncomfortable enough to mention it in my review.

Very helpful staff. Brought in some jewelery to get fixed. Wish I had some x-tra cash to buy some new stuff.

No pressure buying environment paired with awesome customer service. Had an intricate ring resized and they did an excellent job.
