I dont write reviews lightly, or often. Someone has to do something extra to warrant it. I booked a hotel through her website at a place I had been before, so didnt think I needed to contact anyone first. This was a month ago during the beginning of the great reopening. When I arrived in California at the hotel I found that it was, in fact, still closed to the public. I called Amanda's Travel service and talked to her explaining what happened, and she got right on getting me a new room booked and ready to go. She called me back in about a half hour with a new booking at a nicer hotel closer to the beach. I could not be happier with the result, and would recommend her agency to anyone asking.
Amanda has always been very helpful and is quite knowledgeable in this area. I highly recommend speaking with her about your travel needs.
