An item wasn't priced, cashier said she couldn't sell it. I asked her to ask the manager. She got a bit huffy. Asked the manager who came and priced it with no problem. Still didn't buy as it seemed quite a bit over priced even for goodwill. The pricing makes no sense. Cashier didn't have a mask on properly and had a horrible cough.
I’m currently working at Rockford Goodwill and I love it. My colleagues are awesome. Gail is an awesome boss. I love helping people find things. It’s part of my job to do it.
The prices have certainly increased however I was able to find what I went in for and will certainly be back...
An interesting store built into a multi level building with a lot of clothes but good amount of other items. Shelves are orderly and items are well displayed easy to access. Nothing is deliberately over priced. A great selection of trinkets. Plenty of parking.
Store was neat and very clean. Garmets were sorted by size, etc. Prices were high compared to buying new at Walmart.
