This place used to be good, strict on appointment, and once your appointment took 45 mins to unload. Now Monday 4/5/21 took 4 hours to unload after apt, yesterday 4/6 apt was at 17:00. Arrived at 14:30. Unloaded by 12:45.nI’m done with this place.
We were told to drop a load of Nestle water due to having no room in the warehouse. Then days later we get a call saying our trailer is empty in Whitestown IN! We dropped the load in Wilmington IL... No one from the facility had a trailer interchange agreement to haul our trailer. Also they can't even find another trailer we dropped. Avoid at all costs. you might lose a trailer or it may turn up in another state. Just b/c you are a big company doesnt mean you can do whatever the hell you want with equipment that ISN'T YOURS. ZERO STARS!
I don’t recommend to work with worst company that I never had seen. You have to have a lot patience for loading or unloading which last at least 5 hours waiting to get loading or unloading. Bad company for truckers
Got here 15 minutes prior to 1600 appt. Paid the $130 for pallets and the $2 for the comcheck. Got put into a door right away. 2 hours 40 minutes later was told that I need to move to a different door, first door was just a holding pattern. 45 minutes pass...still not loading......4 1/2 hours still not loading....good thing I PC'ed over here from the petro so at least they're not eating up my hours....5 1/2 still waiting....6 1/2 hours and finally starting to get loaded.
I stayed here more than ten hours. I don’t want to come back here never again. This is the worst place. Nobody is working here. Zero stars from me!
