I have had their heating and air maintneance plan / full service agreement for over 3 years now. For under $30 a month, they schedule a tune up and inspection in the fall and spring, so that my system is ready to go. And they strikes me as honest. On multiple occasions, they have replaced pieces that were going bad, but covered by my plan at no charge, rather than waiting for it to turn into a bigger problem and bigger bill.
Was billed $170 to be told to replace the air filter! Did not get a receipt as promised. Disgusted.
After having some self repair gone wrong, John and the guys came right away to assess the issues. The JTR installers began the project the next day. The employees were very polite, professional and completed our project in a timely manner. Every other company I called was busy or couldn't come until next week. John showed up same day and had repair beginning the next day. We are so thankful for prompt and professional services received by JTR and will continue to use their service in the future! Thank you JTR.
