Wonderful experience all around. Mike was very understanding of our situation, and was able to schedule our service quickly. Bob was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. As new homeowners, we very much appreciated the time they both took to advise us of maintenance needs and what to be vigilant about with our older system. On one of the hottest days, on a blistering Friday night in July, Peotone Heating & Air Conditioning came out to “try and provide us some relief for our upstairs area.” With no hope of doing so, after countless hours of trying everything, we had to purchase a new unit. First thing Monday morning...our unit was installed and it works better than excellent! Our upstairs area is cooler than ever! Thank you for making this transition as seamless as possible and for following up and following through to assure that all was well. I went to Monee - Peotone Heating and A/C and got great service. My air condition was so old the you couldn't read any part of the piece that broke. It was rusty and old that both George and Mike took the time to research and find the part for my air condition. I highly recommend Monee-Peotone Heating and A/C.
