Took them two days to get a half trailer sized load together, otherwise I'd say 5 stars. Security are friendly and accommodating. Shipping/receiving clerks are honest and helpful. Good staff, especially under harsh winter conditions and being short handed.
Loading not bad at all, about 20min late for appointment, and loaded for less than an 1.5hours. Make sure you have pick up numbers starting with those on the picture or they will not let you in
They only take you by appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful as was security. Plenty of room to get to docks. No overnight parking but 2 truck stops within 5 minutes.

Worst place to pickup a load in Chicago area. Please avoid this place at all cost because this company have no idea how to properly book appointments and work on them in timely manner. Simply just avoid this place.
