Fairly nice and quiet mobile home park. Not had a problem since we moved my MIL in there. It could be a little better maintained especially with how much lot rent is. 260ish a month and that doesn't include water. There is also no clear way to get ahold of management or owners.

Great place to live quiet and good people
There might as well not be a property manager at all because the child they have running the place has no desire to do so ! She was rude won't answer phone calls texts you to tell you to text her bc she can't answer then proceeded to tell me about how her life is to stressful bc she has 10 kids an a full time job so she can't do this job An I dont even know her or live in this park nor would I after talking to her ! Unprofessional to say the least
Nice clean park.Safe there.Friendly people .
