I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered yesterday and then those same 2 packages plus 2 more delivered today but got an email saying there was no access to deliver them. So when I got the first email saying that yesterday , I went out and shoveled all the snow and ice and even put down salt and then went out the next morning to shovel the rest of it and they said there was still no access. And I was also supposed to get a very important piece of mail today and didn’t receive it. I just want to know if I can pick them up myself since they “have no access”
I was expecting a package from Amazon yesterday. It was supposedly out for delivery. I was outside and saw my regular mail get delivered and no package was left. I sat outside the rest of the afternoon and a few friends came over. Then I got notification that there was an attempt to deliver that failed. There is no way that delivery could have failed. There were people outside the entire time.
They have stolen most of my mail and failed to deliver it for almost a year. They randomly generate excuses, but NO ONE is ever accountable. For packages, they state they tried to deliver them, but fraudulently state that a door tag was left. Absolute thieves.
I can understand with shortages in mail carriers, delivering mail is not that hard so there's no need for mail at wrong address, and this happens to me on a daily basis. Where has the common sense gone??? Especially in our younger generations
I received a notification that my package couldn’t be delivered. I talked to the supervisor at the Danville post office. She was very rude and couldn’t give a good explanation why my package couldn’t be delivered. The package was from a reputable company that I order from all the time. Her customer service was horrible like her attitude.
