Had them come out to fix an oven and a dryer. The dryer got fixed in a few minutes and the oven took slightly longer. The repair technicians were very nice, polite and respectful.nnThe office staff was pleasant on the phone even though it took a little bit of time waiting for a few different parts for an oven that hadn't been used in over a year we are satisfied with the service and will likely use them again for appliance repair in the future.

Bought a deep freezer for a really good price and it had a short. They came the next day and replaced it without any problems! Looking to buy my mom one soon! Customer service was exceptional
