I bought a lopi Leyden from the Depo 10 years ago. And had great success with it. Good service after the sale.
They have the best wood pellets available. They cost a bit more, but burn very clean!
Called to have them fix my gas fireplace, he arrived to fix my fireplace was consistently mouthy, wouldn’t listen to anything we were telling him, he end up lighting the pilot light with a lighter and not the ignitor. Before it went through the cycle he was gone. So now my one heat source does work.nnThey charged a $100 for a 15mile trip.nnI’m contacting the BBB, to file a complaint!
Took us several months of repeated trips in person and phone calls to finally get just a visit to get a quote for the gas insert we’d already made clear we knew we wanted and were ready to buy As soon as they would quote and schedule it! Then we finally got our gas insert and fireplace refacing but then were told the blower (that actually makes it work to heat the space) was on back-order and expected November 28th. It’s now December 7th and of course no call. We also didn’t get the hearth we discussed but I’ve chosen to just live with the one we got. There is NO way they can be known for good customer service!! Hopefully we’ll get a call back and get the blower before winter is over, But I’m not holding my breath!! Good Luck if your looking for true customer service!
