Big fan of Walgreens. Great selection of health and beauty. Has a good user friendly photo print machine, a quick grocery section, and fully participates in every holiday with gift specials and accessories. For pharmacy, the staff is friendly and they accept many prescription discount cards as well as offering a Walgreens card.
I always go here have not had a problem in a long time. To me they move faster than some places I have been. I don't care were you going sometimes things just don't go are way. I give you thumbs up.
Came here at 9:30IL time and said it would take 1 - 2 hours to fill my order. I WAITED 6 hours before coming back and still was not ready. Very poor customer service if you ask me. I understand they get busy but when I give you 4 extra hours to do job and still not done. That’s poor service if you ask me.
I have vertigo and the ER gave me a prescription today 2/24/2020 for mexlazine chewable which my insurance don't cover chewable. The pharmacists Mark got on the phone and helped me out a lot, i explained to him my situation and that im dizzy and could he have the OTC drug for me with my other prescription and he said yes, which nobody ever did most say they are to busy.. He was very kin to me even tho i was on 100 ready to blow a fuse he's a good guy and it need to be known
...this was a good pharmacy at one point and I can't take it anymore. Looking for new pharmacy. Last few years has really went down hill. Very lazy people, and if you go in the line is huge also.
