Awful experience, I got there at 8:00 AM and they gave me a number and told me to wait outside of my car so I could hear them call my number. There were 10 people ahead of me, and the service was extremely slow, after 4 hours of sitting outside my car in the cold rain they told me they couldn’t take anyone else for the day, the employees were rude and unhelpful and only 8 people in front of me got served. Super slow, you’ll get better luck somewhere else.

Called this facility with a bunch of questions about the L-class tests. Spoke with Heather who was extremely nice and helpful! Best experience I've ever had with the DMV!

Showed up at 8:30 and waited in a line of about 15 people. By 12 noon they had only gotten through 8 people and there were still 7 in front of me. I called Champaign Dmv and they said they weren't busy so I drove 14 miles to the Champaign location and they had at least 30 people in line and we were all in and out within 25 minutes...don't waste your time going to Monticello when there is virtually no waiting just minutes down the road...
