Walgreens Pharmacy

I seem to always have to deal with Debby at the checkout. Lucky me. Tonight I stood there for 7 minutes while she took her time to not help me. A customer near by apologized for my wait.. it happened a few nights ago also she saw my husband and I standing at the front counter while she just ignored us and continued stocking. This is convenient stop for me, I want to continue shopping here just hope management makes customer service #1 priority. Thanks.

wrong-wrong-allways wrong.

Prescriptions are a mess here. I have had them tell me prescriptions were not there to me saying its normally in your fridge and then they find it. To numerous times them saying the dr never sent anything...I was there when it was faxed.nnI have had them give me the wrong prescription all together and ask me to bring it back to show them which I did so they could give me the correct item. They gave me test strips and tried to say it was the machine i had and not the strips....i had the strips and no machine. I have sadly also had them give me a prescription with a label on it for me....and apparently someone else who had not picked it up from them previously.nnAfter the rudeness of the pharmacist Kelly this week to a customer ahead of myself and then to me I have moved my prescriptions elsewhere.

Prescription always messed up. Even when standing there listening to pharmacy talking to my dr. Still mess it up.

Always very friendly and quick to fill rx.
