It's ok if you really don't care about your privacy. Management seems to feel they can come into your apartment with no notice although they offer a reason once they're in. There are no minority tenants.. In a building this size I find this stastically unlikely. I would like to see some more diversity and wonder if there is a conscience effort to keep minorities out. This should probably be investigated.
