I had a fabulous experience! Megan was very informative and supportive. She was very thorough with the procedure details and what to expect post-operatively. The day of the procedure I was nervous, but the team was absolutely amazing! They were very calm, supportive, and very professional, it was very comforting. Dr Crockett is a miracle worker. She explained everything that she was doing, which made me feel very at ease. Recovery is going exactly as they explained, no unknowns or worries. Nancy, did an excellent job on post procedure follow up. I would not hesitate to do this again , in fact, I wish I had done it sooner. It is so wonderful to be able to see clearly. I am very thankful for their outstanding commitment to excellence.
I recently had an appointment with Dr Vise to obtain an updated prescription for reading/computer glasses. In addition, I had an examination. She was very precise and I appreciated her straight forward demeanor. Without hesitation, I would recommend her to any of my friends or family. Scribe Jennifer W was also a delight to work with. Julie Sloan was extremely helpful when I selected new glasses. She listened to what I wanted, selected several options and found the perfect choice. I have given VisonPoint Eye Center enough chances to show me the same level of service before McLean County Eye Center became a part of this merger.nnThey promised more access to doctors and the most comprehensive eye care in our community. Since the merger, I’ve had to schedule simple eye exams months in advance.nnWhen I have to reschedule, they have no flexibility. I again have to wait weeks to be seen. How does more access to doctors mean fewer appointments?nnWhen it was McLean County Eye Center, I felt like a valued customer. That is definitely not the case now.
