HIGHLY recommend getting anything done here! My Fiancé had a terrible time with a “highly recommended” embroidery shop in town and was told at drop off his items would be done in a week. Two weeks later, 3 phone calls there were never returned he picked up his items from said shop and was told a handful of excuses and owner was very rude.nHe then found Embroidery Etc online and contacted her, she told him to drop off his items right then. THIRTY MINUTES LATER she had them both done and charged a great price, THANK YOU SO MUCH to Embroidery Etc, we will back again!
