Great service, nice people. Installation was excellent.
If you’re looking for terrible service and mediocre at best products you’ve come to the right place. Be prepared to deal with the incompetent owner who thinks he’s a big man by telling people how much he has. From the other reviews it looks like this is his go-to response every time he can’t do his job well. Poor little guy. Even his own workers can’t stand him while he’s making a complete embarrassment of himself. You can expect multiple mistakes made and then wait several weeks for them to mess up the order again, only to blame the customer for wanting the correct product in which they overpaid for. At that point, Luther likes to berate the customers to make himself feel like less of a failure that he knows he is. Better products at a more reasonable price can be found just about anywhere else.
Amazing Countertops and Cabinets. Fit and finish is flawless. They have a huge selection of granite to choose from. Luther Falls in Bloomington Illinois really cares that you are happy.
Did a great job installing our MB and powder room vanities at a very reasonable price. High quality workmanship, highly recommend them. Will use again for our upstairs bathroom.
