Amazing customer service! I was searching online for a quilted flannel jacket with snap buttons and came across this company. I found what I was looking for online, and called the company to ensure it was legitimate and find out more information about The quilted flannel jacket I picked out. The lady on the phone at the company was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the colors that were available in the jacket and even went back to the warehouse to make sure they had one in stock before I placed My order. She even put my name on it to make sure it didn’t get sold to anyone else. I placed my order online, it was being delivered to Buffalo new York and with Christmas being so near I did not think I would get it in time. Well I receive it in record time, I receive the quilted flannel jacket three days after I ordered it. The jacket is beautiful and I’m sure my father will love it. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will return, I’ll be at online, to order more from this company.
After wearing FiveBrother overalls that I had ordered for a month they started to deteriorate and pulling apart near the seems. They weren't too small for me but in fact a size bigger than what I wore at the time. The product was made of poor material...I will never buy anything else from them.
