The Walgreens Pharmacy store is kept extremely clean and is very well stocked with the newest product's and merchandise. The staff are extremely friendly and are extremely helpful as they are trained to answer your questions about most common product's and service's that are available to there Pharmacy guest's.

Dropped off prescriptions and gave my new insurance cards & ID. Was asked if I wanted to return for pick up or wait, I told them I would wait and they stated 20 minute wait time. Walked around the store for about 30 minutes and no call from the pharmacy for me to pick up the prescription. When i returned to the pharmacy department to ask of my prescriptions were ready they stated it wasn't going through the insurance and that I gave them the wrong DOB. I think i know when i was born and I gave them my ID and insurance card, their mistake but apparently my fault. The girl then tells me it will be another 15 minutes. They are so unorganized and have the worst attitudes. From what I could hear from other customers around me, they were all having problems because the staff doesn't know or care about what they are doing. Very upset with this, i think i will have to look for a new pharmacy (shame because this one is just around the corner from my house).
