Called this place because of the water that keeps accumulating on my backyard that keeps damaging our fence. I have left 2 voicemails and I never got a call back. 2 weeks passed, so I asked my wife to give them a call, and what do you know, she gets a call back the same day. The person I spoke to was not very helpful, rude, had an attitude issue, and tried to pass me on to another department. With a $9000 a year on property tax, you would think that the least they can do is try to send someone to my property and check out the issue. The best she could do was take a message she could pass to the inspector. What a great help! (Sarcasm).
