Never called a political office before. Have been a Waukegan resident all my life. I called the mayor's office today about the concerns of road work in my neighborhood. Project was started last summer, but they didn't finish my street or other streets that badly need repair. It is what it is. Anyways the secretary directed my call to public works. I was concerned about a huge pothole in front of the entrance way of my driveway. She took my information and gave it to the supervisor. Not more than 30 minutes later, public works is outside filling the pothole and others on my street. Talk about service!!! Thank you much for quick response to a resident's problem!!!!

Just listened to Waukegan Mayor Sam Cunningham brief CNN about ongoing plant explosion disaster. Mr. Cunningham did a great job explaining status, had all relevant facts at hand, very professional and well spoken. My compliments on job well done. From a voewer on Missoula MT at 5 May @ 1210 MDT.
