I’m unable to reach a ‘live person’ at the water department, and there’s a leak somewhere where water has now formed in a large puddle at the entrance to Powell Park, at the Park Avenue location. Perhaps the city can come out and take care of the standing water?

The beautiful holiday tree at the Jack Benny plaza is across from the Genesee Theater. Waukegan Main Street and many young volunteers have decorated and brightened up the city tremendously.

Shame on you City of Waukegan for having the RUDEST individual working at a desk where people need assistance! I have never encountered someone as rude as the lady (partially deformed arms)who sits and does city stickers and police records. ZERO customer service skill. I am embarrassed for the city to have someone like this representing them!!!
