Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. I made my appointment and waited two hours to renew my passport and never ended up doing it. Also the person was very arrogant. We need better people working here. I've never had such bad of an experience. I don't know the name of this person but was an Asian men.
My mailman does a great job and delivers packages all the time, so why is it that when the address was off by one digit (but still on the same block) he couldn't figure out where it was supposed to go?nnFurthermore, I was receiving tracking updates via text messages, so I went in first thing when they opened the following day but they didn't even wait 12 hours before immediately returning to sender. Since they know people track packages it would be helpful if they at least held on to the package for 48 hours before immediately rushing to return it to sender.
I love coming to this location! The people who work here are very kind and professional. A BIG thank you for all that you workers do for us, especially during these difficult times!
Seon deserves a raise, best customer service I've had in a long time anywhere. He is good at what he does.
