I love that they consistently have certain items I go for & at really good prices. I also love the random stuff I find, like holiday decor. Really cute Easter items are out now and I keep checking back for new finds. Customer service has been excellent every time! ud83dude42
The staff, cashier and supervisor are rude and not helpful. This was the first time I went there and first time I got the App. I wanted to use the $5 off and both employees were asking me for the barcode to scan. I payed full price without using the coupon because I couldn’t find the “barcode” and they themselves did not know where to find it in the app. Later I found out by reading through the app that you need to provide your phone number to in order to receive the discount. They are employees of this store so would think they would know all this but not. They need to better train their staff!
Great place for deals. Good options to choose from.nBut the old Spanish lady is rude as all hell. Has a very bad attitude, poor customer service, and does not know how to respond to customers.
Dollar General is great. A little more expensive than Dollar Tree but totally worth it.
This DG on Grand Ave waukegan has the rudest employees I have ever met! I love DG but hate this particular store ud83dude02.
