I wish I could rate less than one star!!! Extremely unprofessional!!! 13mins before I was scheduled to arrive, I get a text(after I initiated the first text confirming I would be there) saying she won't be ready at the scheduled time and that she was still busy. She didn't apologize or, Didn't offer another date or time. After she said she was still busy, I asked her what time should I come, and let's just say I'm still waiting for a response! ud83dude12 I read through the reviews after this horrible experience and I notice how she responds to the reviews. Her responses is proof of the lack of professionalism. Smdh

Josephine was very organized and thorough with her locing technique. I commend her on her quality of work as interlocking is a rare maintenance, the result of my hair was excellent. I called the number on website made an appointment over a week in advance. Was asked to text and remind the young lady the Wed before. I should have known them. Most businesses don’t require their clients to remind them of business. Anyway, I drive 20 minutes away at 8am on a Saturday and I get there and the young lady says she doesn’t recall the appointment. I had to show her her text message to prove I wasn’t crazy and then she asked me to come back in the afternoon to wait for a braider who was on day 7 of a 14 day quarantine after coming bacK from Ghana. Needless to say I politely left. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I hope she reads this and learns this no way to do business. I ended up calling Lovina’s Hair Braiding and they did my box braids last minute.
