Quick service great braiding that does not damage your hair. Great customer service, I laughed my entire appointment !!! I have been twice and both my appointments have been last minute and there was never a problem she is very flexible with her schedule. I would recommend her services!!!!!!
Buyi is sooo sooo sooo down to earth she has great conversation I brought my ear phones to past the time and didn’t even use them. My hair looks amazing and beautiful I’ve struggled to find a good hair braider and I must say I have found one. If it was possible to give a zero, that's what i would have given this business as that's what she deserves!.nI have never given any business a negative review because i understand people are striving to survive, especially with small businesses. however, when people are totally unprofessional, they need to be called out!.nIn my opinion, i feel this business should not even exist as the owner lacks managerial and interpersonal communication skills!nnIt was my 1st day at her salon, drove over 40mins to get there on time as scheduled. First, she herself had not arrived to work!, 2ndly, I met like 4 other clients, all also scheduled at 9am and all waiting!!, how do you schedule clients all at a time in a tiny salon in a COVID-19 pandemic era??, and then even you came late?nnNext, she arrived, and was so rude!!, didn't acknowledge the people waiting, and was ready to start arguing and fighting when asked a simple question about my hair!...OMG!, for sure i wouldn't stay to endure that kind of unprofessional, mediocre service!nnThese are the kind of people bringing down black businesses that others are striving to uphold!, they need to be called out!. I don't care if you have personal problems or not, we all have our own day to day challenges, and on NO Account should you bring your drama to work place and displace anger on your clients!!.
I’m visiting from Colorado, called Buyi base off pictures on the website; called and was seen the next day for my daughter & I showed her the style I wanted for my daughter & Inshe nailed it!!! Definitely would recommend!!!
