I just had a check-up and cleaning at Holy Family Dental Clinic. It was pleasant as always. Dr. Sonia is very professional and yet very personable. I have been going to Holy Family Dental Clinic for 10 years. The staff are always kind and very helpful. I look forward to my visits. The quality of work is always A+.

I’ve never posted a bad review but felt like I needed to warn potential new patients. This is the worst dental office I’ve ever been to. The girls at the front desk are friendly but the dentist and assistants are not. Today was my second visit—to get my teeth cleaned, and I can honestly say it was the worst cleaning I’ve ever had done. The dentist very quickly rinsed my teeth with a water pick then polished them, told me to rinse with fluoride and that was the end. It probably lasted 4 or 5 minutes in all. She didn’t scrape, floss, or even polish my teeth individually. I think if dentists are charging insurance than they need to do a professional cleaning.nnMy initial appointment was several months ago and Dr Patel had the worst bedside manner of any doctor of any kind I have ever been to. She’s not friendly at all....which can be fine if the dr is very good at what they do—but I don’t think she is. I know this review may sound harsh but unless these types of dental clinics are what you are used to, you will be sorely disappointed.

The appointment process was smooth and breezy. I am greeted right away on arrival. The paper work took less than 10 minutes, and I am being seen by Dr. Rina Patel. She's warm, knowledgeable, transparent on all I need to know, gives advice but never imposes. I went in for dental cleaning after more than a year due to pandemic. She did a great job, told me to keep up the maintainence and I should be good. There is no sinking feeling of another appointment with another large bill which I could not afford, or the fact that one visit is not enough to get the job done. I feel my purpose is fully met and I will go back to see Dr. Patel in 6 months. Thanks so much for taking care of me !

I love them! The entire staff is great and they became like family. Strongly recommend them.

I just don't know. If you have good teeth that only need six month cleanings, this is the place for you. They are very quick, in and out in 25 minutes. Any other issue, you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get them to actually look, and actually listen. This has been an ongoing issue. I've literally had to show them there was a physical hole in my tooth, after I was x-rayed and told that it was just a stain. I want to reiterate that their actual dental work is not rushed or in question. They do good work, I've never had to come back for rework. However, I'm already anxious going to a dentist and it always feels like a battle; like she doesn't trust me and I don't trust her. Or, like I want her to do extra work. WHO WANTS A DENTIST TO DO EXTRA/UNNECESSARY WORK?!?! The stress of it all makes me dread going, not the work, the fighting to be heard.
