Extremely rude and unprofessional! I setup a one day “free trial” I got my free trial approved and printed out the sheet. Today I was excited to try out this gym, I called to make sure that someone would be there so that I could sign up IF I enjoyed the facility. HOWEVER, the staff was extremely rude in explaining that they do not offer free trials anymore and blaming the manager for not removing that from the website!!! Very unprofessional I would have wasted my time heading out there only to find out I couldn’t use my “free trial”. The Staff need to be more understanding and friendly when explaining issues like this especially when they know it’s an ongoing issue that they lack to fix. Very sad, I really wanted to like this gym, it looks very nice with a lot of equipment, but there is no way I will set foot in that unprofessional environment! I’m sure the gym itself is nice but it seems the staff need extra training.

I was unaware that the gym reopened, no emails, no texts, no calls, and they have all my information. I was charged for July and August and just found out today. I went to cancel my membership and they refused because I am one day late, so they will charge again for September. This is ridiculous, it’s a pandemic, and I would’ve cancelled had I known they would keep charging. I am not about to risk my life getting covid. So they’ve charged me THREE months of not using their equipment. ud83dudc4d

I love their equipment and all that the gym has to offer, such as personal training and all types of classes. Friendly staff and just a great place.
