Just cut my hair cut two weeks ago and I hate it so much! The cut itself is decent but it isn’t what I asked for. The back is so full of short layers that it looks like a Karen bob (which also does not frame my face very well). Sadly, nothing can be done. I just have to wait for it to grow.

My hair didnt turn out like i wanted. The colors are not the way i wanted. Live and learn. The girl was very nice though

They said appointment only and that they are too busy to take another customer.nnWhen checking online they still had open appointments available at 5:15. I understand not wanting to stay at work late, but they pretty much are using covid policy to turn away customers.
