This gym has changed my life in many ways. I think ,eat, look and feel better! I look forward to seeing my trainers and feel very comfortable here. All different kinds of people come here to get healthier. Great atmosphere!
I really want to compliment the staff and facilities— They are truly the nicest, most welcoming folks, and it was honestly the most well maintained gym I could imagine. It always felt extremely clean and is just a really beautiful gym with a great variety of equipment. I took some of the classes when I first started out and found it really accommodating to my fitness level, as well as fun. There was a lot of positivity and friendliness from the trainers and from the other gym members in the classes that made me want to keep trying and coming back, too! We are very lucky here in Sugar Grove to have this gym available. When I had been able to attend before the pandemic it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend a membership here to anyone. Big thanks to Debbie, Justin, Amanda, Logan & all for making this gym so special!
The coaches are awesome and the staff is super friendly! I always get a great workout and it pushes me every time. I’ve been a member for a few years now and continue to love it!
Staff and gym itself are outstanding. Only great things to say about my experience here.
The only downfall is that’s it’s a little too small therefore doesn’t have enough equipment Especially over 10 guests. Can’t say enough positive things about the staff they’re friendly and willing to help. Amanda Justin and Logan are a 5 star team.
