Wow! This place is amazing.nWas referred here from another jewelers due to having a platinum ring with a good amount of diamonds being resized to a 4.5 from a 7.nnNot only did they do an amazing job but it was done fast!nnCan’t even tell the ring was sized and was beautifully done, once again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for doing what you guys do!

I purchased a yellow gold peridot ring for my mom. The jewler was to lazy to protect the stone and scorched it when he was sizing it.The stone was ruined! I asked them to replace my stone they said no! They sent it out to be POLISHED, three times. The stone was still dull and ruined! I had to take a refund, because they still wouldn't replace the stone! I've told thousands of people locally and on social media what they did, and not to buy there! I'm sure it's cost them much more than it would have to do the right thing and replace my property they destroyed. I was there when Dan was yelling at the jeweler for scorching my stone, but they still gave the worst customer service I've ever experienced. To this day when I hear someone is looking to buy jewelry I tell them don't buy at the Diamond Showcase and why!
